We are committed to providing high-quality, luxury-inspired fragrances and a transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer both exchanges and returns under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

If your fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, showing no more than light usage. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will exchange it for another fragrance of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with minimal use. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover handling, inspection, sanitation, and processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following requirements must be met:

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Items must be returned within the stated timeframes.

• Products showing excessive use, damage, or tampering may be denied.

• Promotional, discounted, clearance, custom, or personalized items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

• Bundles or multi-item promotions must be returned in full.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

Inspection & Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements. Processing times typically range from 5–10 business daysafter the item has been received.

Customer Communication

We ask customers to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our return or exchange process. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in restrictions on future purchases.
