Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my fragrance?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:
    •    Item must be in original packaging
    •    No more than light usage
    •    Proof of purchase is required

Once received and inspected, we will exchange it for a fragrance of equal or lesser value.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions:
    •    Original packaging required
    •    Minimal usage only
    •    Proof of purchase required

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, sanitation, and processing.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. The following may be final sale:
    •    Promotional or discounted items
    •    Clearance products
    •    Custom or personalized items
    •    Bundles not returned in full

How long does processing take?

Once your return or exchange is received, inspection and processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny items that show excessive use, damage, or tampering.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our return or exchange process.

Filing a dispute without contacting us first may:
    •    Delay resolution
    •    Result in account restrictions

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

What happens once my package is delivered?

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We recommend shipping to secure addresses.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but reported lost or stolen. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

False delivery claims may be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities.

What if I enter the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
    •    The outer packaging
    •    The damaged product
    •    The shipping label

We will review and assist accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Will the fragrance smell exactly like the original?

Our scents are crafted to closely resemble well-known fragrance profiles. However, performance, longevity, and projection may vary due to:
    •    Skin chemistry

    •    Individual scent perception

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

What concentration are your fragrances?

Our fragrances are formulated at a high concentration for strong projection and longevity.

Can fragrances cause allergic reactions?
