All orders are screened using advanced fraud detection tools. Orders identified as high risk may require:

• Billing or address confirmation
• Additional documentation
Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our exchange or return process. Filing a dispute without first contacting us may:
• Delay resolution
• Result in account restrictions
• Lead to refusal of future service
We actively respond to all chargebacks and provide documentation, including order details, tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
Abusive Behavior
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service for:
• Excessive or repeated returns
• Misuse of the return or exchange policy
• Threatening or abusive communication
• Fraudulent claims regarding delivery or product use
• Chargeback abuse or policy manipulation
Shipping & Delivery Claims
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. False claims of lost or stolen packages may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.
Account & Order Monitoring
We monitor orders and customer activity to protect against unauthorized transactions, identity theft, and fraudulent behavior.
Legal Compliance
We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement, payment processors, and fraud prevention agencies in cases of suspected fraud.
